Erin Simat has been a paralegal at The JAB Firm since 2021. Working directly with Jill Brisbois, Erin manages the full lifecycle of a file—from initial case management and scheduling to complex discovery review and trial preparation. Erin also plays an integral role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring matters move forward efficiently and seamlessly.
With more than ten years of experience as a paralegal, Erin has worked on a broad range of cases, from sensitive family law matters to complex criminal cases, at both the state and federal levels and understands that the legal system can be deeply personal and overwhelming. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel informed and supported at every stage, approaching every concern with the patience and compassion necessary to guide them through difficult times. She is particularly known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to navigate high-volume discovery in both state and federal courts.
Outside of the office, Erin stays busy raising her two children. She is an avid explorer of antique stores and enjoys hiking with her dog, Bruno Mars, while catching up on her favorite podcasts.
